These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Cooling Solutions and its customers for the supply of ebmpapst, Hicool, and other cooling fans and blowers. By engaging with our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Cooling Solutions. We reserve the right to reject any order without liability. A confirmation email or written acknowledgment will be issued upon acceptance.
2. Pricing and Payment: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling charges, which will be added as applicable.
3. Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to availability. Cooling Solutions is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including supplier issues or force majeure. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
4. Returns and Refunds: Returns require prior authorization and must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
5. Limitation of Liability: Cooling Solutions’ liability is limited to the invoice value of the products supplied. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or failure of our products.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
